The Deacon Ministry of Sugar Creek Baptist Church is structured around Deacon Ministry Teams. Each Deacon Ministry Team is assigned specific tasks to perform which will serve the various needs of the church. These teams work alongside the ongoing ministries of the church to help address member’s needs as they arise.
The Deacon Member Services Team is made up of both deacons and non-deacons and is responsible for ministering to the physical, spiritual and relational needs of our widows and widowers. The team can help with certain tasks, and also can provide referrals to professionals who can help with things like general repairs, painting, plumbing, landscaping, appliance repairs, heating and air-conditioning repairs. These professionals will charge you a fee for their work.
