Where do my kids go?

At Sugar Creek, your children are very important to us. Providing a safe, secure and fun environment where they can learn about God is our highest priority -- and we know that getting them to the right place on Sunday is your highest priority.

To be sure that every child is safe while they are with us, we employ a state-of-the-art check-in and security system. When you and your family arrive on the Sugar Creek campus, you will want to check your children in at any of our computer check-in locations. Those are located in the Worship Center lobby, the first floor of the Promise Land building, and the first and second floors of the Christian Life Center. To get a feel for the locations of our buildings, you can launch our virtual tour. At the check-in stations, all children receive printed name tags. Parents receive security receipts with the matching number so they will be able to safely pick up their child from a Bible Fellowship class. From the check-in stations, you will be escorted to your child’s proper class.

Birth through preK

When you bring a child birth through pre-kindergarten on Sunday morning, you can be sure your child will receive loving care. In addition, age-appropriate Bible lessons are taught in fun and meaningful ways for toddlers through pre-K. The bright “under-the-sea” décor of the first floor of the CLC and Promise Land building is just right for your little ones. Every preschool parent receives a vibrating pager at check-in so we can reach you if your child should need you.

Kindergarten - 3rd Grade

Kindergarten through 3rd grade children will love the SonStream theme of the second floor of the Christian Life Center. To find their classes, you will come to the gym and surrounding area.

4th - 5th Grade

Bible Fellowship for 4th and 5th graders happens in “The River”, the very cool area in room 307 of the CLC.

Student Ministry (6th - 12th Grade)

Our middle school and high school students meet for Bible Fellowship in our LYF Center, located on the opposite side of the Southwest Freeway from the main church buildings. Continual shuttle service is provided to take your children to the LYF Center for Bible Fellowship and return them to the main campus afterward. To get them pointed in the right direction, simply visit our main welcome center in the worship center foyer.

Attending Worship Together

We encourage children in kindergarten and older to attend one of our main worship services together with their families. While there are no alternative worship services offered for children kindergarten and up, we do offer Sunday School or Bible Fellowship for children and adults of all ages.
