Live for a Change

I grew up in a home without God. My family never went to church. As a result, I didn't give God much thought. Instead, I filled myself with sin, making decisions based on what felt good at the time. Eventually, I felt like I was speeding toward the edge of a cliff because of the sin I was involved in.

Then something changed.

I began half-heartedly crying out to God for help, not thinking that He would answer me. But God did! While jogging early one morning in the summer of 2001, I happened upon a Christian radio station that was playing a sermon about how God's grace can free us from any sin. The Lord spoke to my heart through this sermon and confronted me with a very clear question: "Who do you say that I am?" Soon after that, I put my faith in Christ as my Savior, and have been following Him ever since. Praise God for His unending mercy and grace.
